I always set out to write something short and useful and end up 4,000 words deep in some typa emotional excavation. Last time I tried to do this, I blacked out and wrote a 10 minute read on being in your mid-30s, aging, dysmorphia, plastic surgery, and the psychological toll of wanting to be hot forever (read it…it’s my last entry).
But today, you’re being spared because we’re jumping straight into it. You get to reap the rewards of my obsessive research + my Reddit and Real Self addiction, and many years of self-experimentation with varying degrees of regret.
But before or after this, read my essay “Wellness Tips I’d Text You” from a few months ago. Nothing beats the “glow” of actually having one…and that entry covers the internal side of things, plus my clean household/ lifestyle picks (air filters, water filters, etc).
But yeah, “look good, feel good” is true as hell. And we do be caring about both!
